Python for Beginners – Part I
Today (10/1/2023) I attended the Python for Beginners – Part I webinar, on Eventbrite. This webinar was led by Dr. Vazi Okhandiar. She presented a lecture on basic computer science concepts and then showed us how to write a simple program using Python that calculated the sales tax and state tax and total tax of a product. It was very interesting to finally get to learn about writing Python. This simple program that Dr. Okhandiar created was very interesting and could be used in a business environment which I found very interesting. I definitely want to continue to expand my knowledge on Python as it seems to be a very versatile language.
