BA3103 – Aldi Analysis
In BA 3103 we did a presentation on the approach Aldi took in its advertising campaign. My team analyzed the current situation and created a SWOT analysis for Aldi to determine possible solutions to its problems. After narrowing down the information were able to identify the micro-environmental shifts and macro-environmental shifts. This helped us come to the conclusion that Aldi had problems with limited advertising and their small range of products to name a few. We recommended that Aldi increases their media exposure and accept customer surveys. For our project, we created a PowerPoint presentation to present in class to describe our reasoning for our recommended solution along with a six-page critical analysis report describing the companies background, a problem statement, alternative solutions, recommended solution, and performance metrics.
