Wegmans
I started working at Wegmans part-time when I was fifteen years old in the customer service department. As a customer service representative, two of my biggest responsibilities are to manage the cash register and provide excellent customer service. It is my responsibility to total each customer’s order, and then process their method of payment. Accepted methods of payment are cash, check, credit, and a few other methods that the store specializes in. It is my responsibility to properly process these transactions, and issue any receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
