Weekly Journal 9/26/14
This past week the PM’s worked on different tasks. I worked on the meetings/schedules. What I have been doing that has worked is form trust with the BA’s. The BA’s trust me enough to text me if they have any questions regarding the project or any concerns with other team members. I have tried setting up meeting times but it has not worked because everyone is on a different schedule. Most of the BA’s commute so it is difficult to pick a day to meet. In order to change this I may incorporate a time to meet online using Google Hangout.
