Weekly Journal 10/3/14
This week there has been a lack of communication with the BA’s. It was brought to the PM’s attention that two of the four BA’s could not attend the interview for the following week and the other two BA’s were not responsive. Trust is something the PM’s and I are doing well with the BA’s because when a BA sees one of us they will tell us what is going on with the project thus far. I have set up a meeting to meet with most of the BA’s next week regarding the project and JustInMind.
