This has been an opportunity to look at the pandemic from another perspective, Linda emphasizes the need to have multiple plans for moments of crisis, for example, the pandemic. In addition, it emphasizes the need to use any political, economic, and social moment to communicate with clients who on occasion hope that the brand will take a position in the face of the situations that we live in as a society. For example, take a stand against elections, or show support for organizations like Black Lives Matter. The most important thing in the discussion has been that Linda has concluded that in these moments of the pandemic, brands have become humanized again.
