Sales Associate, September 2012 – January 2016

I was in charge of stocking, cleaning, and overseeing the sales floor. A major component to my job was offering specific product knowledge to customers within a fast-paced, busy mall environment. I also managed rebates and returns, resolved customer complaints, operated a (POS) point-of-sales system, and closed/managed end of day sales.

  • My biggest contribution was helping design and change the sales floor product placement to help flow customers towards products that did not sell consistently.

I was in charge of managing inventory (restocking/ordering), operating the cash register, and resolving member issues. I ensured customer satisfaction in a membership based environment of roughly 150-250 customers.

  • At Waterview Swim Club/Pool I took pride in my customer relations and further developed my interpersonal communication/problem solving skills.
