Information Technology Internship at SSD-TECH
During the Summer 2017, I worked as an Information Technology intern at Systems Solution and Development Technologies Limited (SSD-TECH). SSD-TECH is a software development company that provides technological solutions to business. It operates in the Asia Pacific region with offices in Bangladesh, Malaysia and Singapore. I worked in the Corporate Office & Development Center in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It was a full-time unpaid internship. My contract started on May 21, 2017 and ended on August 15, 2017 (12 weeks).
I was periodically assigned various tasks during the internship. My job duties included assisting in the maintenance of the new ERP system of the company, analyzing data from the CRM system and reporting patterns in the which clients demanded software updates after their initial purchase which resulted in improved customer service. Moreover, I provided training to junior staff and interns in the HR and Accounts department on how to use the new ERP system.
