JP Morgan Chase Full Time Position
I have recently accepted a full time position at JP Morgan Chase in New York as an Analyst in the Corporate Analyst Development Program, which is a two year program with four rotations in different lines of business. The Corporate Analyst Development Program provides broad line of business and cross-functional exposure through a series of four targeted rotations. Because rotations are the cornerstone of the analyst experience, the rotation requirements must be met prior to completing the Program. After successfully completing the rotations, I will have an opportunity to explore permanent full-time post-program mobility opportunities within the various lines of businesses and corporate function areas that complement my developed capabilities and skill set.
I am really interested in the position because I am not yet fully sure of what line of business I want to enter and I think this program is great because it exposes you to many different opportunities in such a short amount of time.
