- Completed the final version of the project charter
- Completed the final version of WBS
- Complete the first draft of the schedule, communications plan, and stakeholder registers
- Created the website and claimed team’s online domain
Goals for the week ending October 6th, 2019
- Complete the final version of schedule, communications plan, and stakeholder registers. Meet with professors to receive feedback for these documentations
- Complete the first draft of the RACI chart and change management plan.
- Choose a template for the project website
- Develop website for final deliverable
- Research available PM tools
