Accomplishments for the week ending October 13th, 2019
- Review the Project Charter with professor
- Complete final version of the Risk Registers and Change Management Plan
- Complete Communications Management Plan
- Based on research done in the previous week, start building the balance scorecard for the solution
- Finalize Website Theme
- Finalize the contents of the website
- Continue researching best project management tools
Goals for the week ending October 19th, 2019
- Meet with Professor Martin to review all documentation in the project so far. Make updates as necessary
- Build a draft for project budget
- Website first draft ready for review
Issues:

- The project charter is not as well documented as planned. The team met with the professors and incorporated feedback into a new project charter.
