Opportunity Knocks: Acing Your Interview
The Main Line Chamber of Commerce hosted a webinar on interviewing for professional positions. I attended this webinar and participated in the post-keynote discussion, where I learned several valuable tips for standing out as an interviewee. One of the best pieces of advice was to send a follow-up thank-you note, even going so far as to provide a card or letter. I had never considered this approach for following up with a recruiter, but it seems an effective way to distinguish myself as a candidate. I plan to utilize this tip in my future interactions.
