Project Management – Week of 10/3
This week, I discussed the Exam 1 results with the BAs. There was frustration on their parts, but I feel I made myself available and non-judgmental. I provided them some guidance and a sense of urgency to understand the various roles in business analysis. It certainly seemed like the fire has now been lit.
Our team also divided the work into two teams of three. I am personally responsible for completing the WBS and updating it periodically. I am on track with this.
We had some issues with meeting in person this week. This is something I – as well as the other PMs – am trying to remedy.
