Great job on your project. There was a part of your presentation that the gentleman asks for the SS# and the boss overheard the lady denying his requests. That part was funny! The bosses voice was stern and straight to the point. I also reviewed your enforcement rule and it spoke directly to your video. The gentleman was definitely going to experience the enforcement portion of the policy.
Documentation is well done. Particularly nice was the record section; it makes it seem real and useful to staff, rather than just some compliance document they’re forced to read.
Video does a great job of explaining the basics, so that absolutely anyone in the firm can understand the policy and its parameters. I don’t know if it was intentional on your part, but I found it hilarious how the characters are smiling like lunatics when they’re not speaking. This made it even better! Minor nitpick would be to increase the font size when going over controls, perhaps by giving each subsection its own screen time.
Nice job with the video guys. I thought that the segues between Physical, Technical and Administrative controls were comical. Even though it may seem obvious to many, I thought that it was a good idea to explicitly call out of what an SSN is in the beginning – provided focus and additional topical clarity
Nice policy guys, I like how in addition to administrative controls you guys also included a time stamp. In my experience, time stamping access would put an emphasis on user accountability. It ensures that users are following organizational policies since they know they are tracked.
I liked the topic and the order in which you presented the information. I also liked the idea behind the animated video.
A few things. I noticed a few spelling errors in the video. Perhaps next time, look into doing a personal voice-over for the presentation. The computer generated voice-over gave it a bit of a dry and monotone vibe. Also, some of the fonts could be difficult to read with being so small. Just a few tips for next project 🙂
Nice Job on your presentation and policy Team Real Estate Inc.!
I found it easy to follow putting the video and the policy side by side. The explanation for the controls made sense at a user level and knowing what not to do with the data always helps.
Great job on the video, I feel it’s a good compliment to the policy document. It’s likely that many employees will not actually read the policy document so presenting the information in the video was a nice touch.
