Wellness Activity – Exercise
In this activity, I was doing endurance training by flipping a tire across the turf. The tire weighs about 180 lbs, so it is pretty heavy. I started doing this activity at the gym in order to increase my endurance and build up my back and arm muscle. I believe that doing endurance training is a crucial part of any workout because it will allow you to keep going harder for longer, exponentially improving your results and performance. I am a big advocate of consistent exercise because it will improve you both physically and mentally. I believe that being physically and mentally fit is a requirement for any profession and should always be a part of your goals.
