Wellness Activity – Taking a Walk
Since the beginning of the pandemic, I have been taking constant walks around my neighborhood with my dog. I find to be a very relaxing form of exercise, and it helps me clear my head and destress. I take at least one walk almost every day, which is very beneficial for my health. I believe this will help me with my future because it is always good to take a few mins to yourself every day and just go outside to clear your head.
