Professional Achievement Program
The Fox MIS Professional Achievement Program
At one time or another, we’ve all used tools that might not be the right fit for a specific situation. For example, managing projects in Excel when we need real-time collaboration, drafting training programs in PowerPoint that would work better as interactive modules, or maintaining grocery lists in the Notes app on iPhone that never organize themselves. We make do with tools that don’t quite fit because building custom software seems impossible. The answer is Vibecoding!
The best way to get started with Vibecoding is to recognize that your daily routines are app blueprints waiting to be optimized. This presentation will detail what vibecoding is, how to apply a simple framework to the app development process, and how the ‘vibecoding’ space has evolved over the past eight months.
Keith Gutierrez from the MIS department will introduce vibecoding and its practical applications.
Following his presentation, we’ll have a group discussion on getting started with vibecoding for beginners and exploring how to integrate vibecoding into our curriculum.
This workshop is perfect for anyone curious about vibecoding, especially if you’ve been interested but unsure where to begin. Whether you’re new to the concept or looking to deepen your understanding, please stop by!
