FT – Aquatics Supervisor
- Oversee all aquatics training to include Lifeguard, Shallow Water Attendant, CPR/AED courses, job specific training and department orientation.
- Responsible for the training and development of approximately 250 team members.
- Supervise seasonal aquatics training team members.
- Plan and implement monthly in-service training.
- Assist Manager with American Red Cross audits.
- Responsible for training paperwork, employee files, schedules, employee audits, and other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager
- Assist Operations supervisors with the training and counseling of team members
- Ensure compliance of Child Labor Laws with regards to breaks, lunches and hours worked per day
- Ensure pertinent paperwork is completed prior to, during and after training
- Must consistently practice safe work habits including but not limited to use of personal protective equipment, lifting, driving, and reporting of unsafe situations
