Intern
As the intern for Reinard Insurance Agency, I was brought on for the tasks of migrating data, updating workstations, and upgrading workstations to Windows 10. The majority of the work that I was brought in to do was the Windows 10 project, since Windows 7 was at its end of life. In performing my tasks, I learned how important it is to manage change. In the process of doing the updates, there were some who resisted the changes and pushed back. It was important for me to apply the skills I learned in MIS 3535 in order to keep them on board with the changes.
