Content Creator
AtmosFi, now rebranded to StayLocal, is an internet marking platform startup in Philadelphia that allows for small businesses and large businesses alike to have an internet presence. The site also allows for end users to see what happenings are occurring near their location in the city. I worked in the Content Curation department officially, but in reality we all worked together across departments to meet our goals. My main job function to start was the acquisition of accounts and addition of content to the site. That function evolved over time to include a big project of mine which was the creation of a marketplace on Shopify for various vendors to list products for sale and fulfillment. I learned a lot about data management and usage in relation to the reach of content on the website. This relates to my major because the usage of data is a powerful tool that we learn to take advantage of and manipulate for easier management in classes like Data Analytics (MIS 2502).
