Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success
I believe completing this professional skills course on understanding emotional intelligence and how to implement it was very beneficial. It covered on how important emotional intelligence really can be in the workplace. However, while this can be applied to the workplace it can also be applied to classes and group projects. The course talked about how to develop a good working relationship with others which is very good for me whenever I have to work on projects with classmates allowing me to make sure we can collaborate effectively without any bumps in the road.
