During my time as a cashier at Concord Pet Food & Supplies I had many responsibilities. I was responsible for all aspects of retail duties including but not limited to register manipulation, stocking of shelves, product placement, and ensuring proper customer service. I was also responsible for the opening and closing of the store which included all security measures, inventory control, computer ordering, and cash management on a daily basis.
As a ticket seller for Spectra at Temple University, I use a lot of my knowledge from my previous position as a cashier. I am able to incorporate my communication and problem solving skills into my new job. I am responsible for managing ticket sales, seat assignments, customer service issues, and securing season ticket requests.
During my current tenure as a pharmacy technician I am expected to accomplish a variety of daily tasks. These tasks include the preparation, compounding, admixture, labeling, and dispensing of medications in support of interdisciplinary inpatient care. I am also proficient in the use, administration, and troubleshooting of the Pyxis automated dispensing system. This is a computerized system that dispenses drugs throughout the entire hospital.
