This webinar presents what User Interface(UI) and User Experience(UX) are. The speaker explains how some people think of UI as part of UX while others see it as two parts of a whole. UX design is the process of researching and understanding users and UI is the design itself. The most known part of UX is the process of prototyping and prototyping services, such as Figma.
Although it’s not required for UI or UX, it is good to know to code. Developers and Designers work together, but it’s ideal to have someone who either only does development or only does designing so they can be separated into teams.
The speaker showed the site Mobbin for when you need inspiration for creating app interfaces. Some tools presented by the speaker for UI were Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Invision Studio.
