IBIT Mentoring Program Summer 2019
Over the summer, I had the opportunity to participate in the IBIT Mentorship Program.
Through this program, I was partnered with Chris Cera of Arcweb Technologies, who I was able to build a relationship with and talk about potential career paths and past experiences with. This experience was a great way to connect with a well known Philadelphia professional and entrepreneur, and I was able to gain confidence in discussing my skill sets and career aspirations.
