In this course, I gained practical skills to negotiate effectively while maintaining strong professional relationships. I learned how to define and evaluate negotiation options, develop win-win strategies, and make concessions strategically. The course also covered structuring favorable deals, supporting anchor positions, and recognizing common pitfalls to avoid during negotiations. These skills are directly applicable to my future career in MIS where negotiation plays a key role in vendor management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
