It was moderated by Prof. Munir Mandviwalla and the speaker for the event was Christopher Kearns, Senior Vice President at NBCUniversal Media, LLC. Mr. Kearns talked about how he approached his professional life and career. He gave us tips on what we can do to maintain a better professional life. He talked bout his previous experiences of being a adjunct professor at Temple. He answered questions about customer experience and why it is an important factor to measure the success of your company/projects etc. He also talked about his past work experiences in Lockheed Martin and how customer experience shaped him to change according to the time and that helped him to have a successful career opportunities.
