RSM Pathways Program
Pathways Program is a 2 day externship program sponsored and conducted by RSM for sophomores in a 4 year program or juniors in a 5 year program who have recieved an offer to attend the externship. I attended the one in Chicago which is specifically for Consulting Service Line. The program was hosted in RSM Chicago Office and La Quinta Hotel, Chicago during June 4th and 5th, 2019. The program consisted of breakout sessions for the 5 types of consulting RSM has, speaker series, bidding exercise, minute to win it games and a social dinner at a ping pong place in Chicago. I could bring my knowledge from MIS classes during the bidding experience where we did some valuation and technoloy risk assessment to the firms we were bidding for. The program was exclusively for Risk Advisory/Consulting that I met a lot of people who has Business Intelligence, CS, MIS majors from various states in the US.
