MIS 3535 – Personal Journal Entry – Week of 12/01 – 12/15
This week we was the last week of our project. The BAs put together their presentation and finalized their prototype. The presentation was Wednesday and our team did amazing.
To prepare this week we held three different meetings. Two meetings for the PMs and one for the PMs and BAs.
Our binder of deliverables is due on Monday. Since we split the different parts between our team members the work got done quickly. This weekend we are working on our Lessons Learned section of the binder. After that is completed we are officially done.
