I am currently a Junior Systems Analyst at Horizon Controls Group. My roles at Horizon include operating a company-wide help desk that provides technical support for 50+ employees and assisting senior level management with the research and implementation of new technologies.
Temple University, Philadelphia, PA (Jan 2014 -)
I am currently an Information Technology Assistant (ITA) at Temple University. I have assisted with Data Analytics, Data Analytics for Management, and Data Science classes. My role is to provide learning and technical support to students taking these courses.
Rogers Foam Corporation, Morrisville, PA (Jan 2013 – May 2015)
I interned at Rogers Foam Corp., a leading foam fabricator that creates custom foam products for applications in the automotive, medical and consumer industries. My primary role was to provide technical support for the manufacturing plant as well as assist in the implementation of a new manufacturing resource planning system (MRP). This internship provided me experience with real world problem solving and large scale software implementations.
Tech Impact, Philadelphia, PA (Apr 2013 -Dec 2013)
I interned at Tech Impact, a non-profit who provides IT services to local communities and other non-profits. My primary roles were to provide desktop and Office 365 support to non-profits mostly in the Philadelphia area but at times extended to their world-wide client base. This internship gave me the opportunity to hone my skills with Microsoft Office 365 and gave me indispensable experience with customer service.
