MIS 3535 – Personal Journal Entry – Week of 10/27 – 10/31
This week I met both with the BAs and PMs. In the BA meeting we talked about the prototype, and they showed me one of their early designs. Overall I think it is a good idea, but I am having trouble figuring out what problem it is solving. Our focus is social media and advertising, and our current idea focuses on customers sharing photos with the company (Sommerville Lumber). Although it has potential I think we may need to focus the prototype in more on social media.
In the PM meeting this week we worked on the budget. The budget is heading in the right direction, but some of our files are corrupt. This week we may need to see if we can fix the data.
