MIS 3535 – Personal Journal Entry – Week of 9/22 – 9/26
This week I met with my our BAs on Wednesday. The meeting was brief but we covered progress made on the team scope. The BAs also shared their feelings about the project and expressed some concerns about communication between the PMs and BAs. I brought these concerns up to the rest of the team and I will follow up next week to see if our solution, which is to communicate more efficiently, is working.
This week I also started to work on learning more about Microsoft Project, I will be looking to improve our scheduling.
Overall I think that our project is going in the right direction, our communication with our BAs needs work but we are actively working to fix the issue.
