MIS 3535 – Personal Journal Entry – Week of 9/29 – 10/3
This week was test week for both the PMs and BAs. The BAs seemed worried about how they did on the test and seem to be slightly falling behind schedule. Next week I will send them a reminder to work on swim lane diagrams and to start working with Justinmind. Since I have experience with Justinmind I will also set up availability so they can come to me with any questions. This week I also worked on our deliverables for the project. I focused on the Quality Management Plan. A template I found online help me create a 17 page plan, which of course is way too long. Creating a one page plan is a challenge, I have cut it down to 2-3 pages and will continue to shorten and refine the plan even more this weekend.
