How to Beat Burnout, Exhaustion, and Stress
This LinkedIn Learning module gave me some helpful tips for managing stress and exhaustion. As a college student with a job, I frequently feel myself split between multiple different responsibilities that can take a toll mentally. This module gave me strategies to effectively space out my work, how to spend the time I am not working recharging, and how to optimize my time working so I am not spending more time draining myself than I need to. With this feedback, I hope to more effectively manage the obligations on my plate by scheduling breaks and opportunities to recharge, planning to work during my most efficient times, and front-loading my most important responsibilities so they don’t hang over my head.
