This webinar was conducted by Angie Vermeer, who is a Team Lead at the company Five Nines. In this webinar, I learned about the company and what they do. Through their testing process, they are able to give customers a rating and advice on areas which they could strengthen. The rating is based on aspects like cybersecurity, hardware and software. They then tell the customer the areas that they should strengthen. The also breakdown the plan by year, up to 5 years. In each year, they specify what the customer must do to maintain an efficient and secure IT network.
