Working with Difficult People
This activity took place on the LinkedIn Learning website consisting of multiple short videos and chapter quizzes. From this activity, I learned how to more properly deal with difficult behavior/people in the workplace, the levels and categories of difficult behavior, self-evaluation of difficult behaviors I might exhibit, and conflict resolution skills and strategies to take when this happens in my workplace. These skills are essential because this is a common challenge that can occur no matter what industry or job is in my future. With these skills, I can work as a more productive member of a team and build upon aspects needed for leadership positions like empathy, communication, and problem-solving.
