Staff in the Consultant Development Program – Technology Consulting
When you join our Technology Consulting practice as a
staff, you’re a part of our Consultant Development Program (CDP). Each
individual experience will vary but through this program you’ll be provided
learning opportunities, technical competency training, and coaching to develop
core consulting skills.

Digital and Emerging Technologies, Data & Analytics, Technology Solutions
Delivery, and Technology Transformation.
Staff hired into Technology Consulting, under CDP, will
participate in a 2-3 year development program offering participants the
opportunity for diversified experiences.

Financial Services
Organization (FSO):

As aFinancial Services Technology Consulting staff, you will focus exclusively infinancial services and will have the opportunity to serve leading investmentbanks, retail and commercial banks, insurers and investment managers.

TechnologyConsulting staff within FSO will have diversified experiences across clientsand technology competencies. Once you have developed a strong foundation, wewill work with you to determine a more specific area of concentration for thenext phase of your career journey.

Forthose looking to have a specific area of concentration from the outset there isthe opportunity to align to a Data & Analytics or Platform Implementationtrack.
National Consulting:

TheNational Consulting practice serves clients across a variety of industriesincluding, but not limited to: AdvancedManufacturing & Mobility, Power & Utilities, Health Sciences &Wellness, Consumer, and Technology, Media & Entertainment,Telecommunications.

TechnologyConsulting staff within National Consulting will be aligned to one of the followingtracks: Platforms, Data & Analytics,and Engineering.
Government & Public Sector
(GPS):

As astaff with the Government & Public Sector practice, youâll have theopportunity to work with federal clients, as well as state and local agenciesand higher education institutions.

Technologyconsulting staff within GPS will be aligned to one of the following tracks:Technology Consulting or Data & Analytics.
Your key responsibilities may include:
-
Helpingclients drive business-led and technology-enabled transformation across a broadrange of business issues
-
Understandingand documenting clientsâ business processes and requirements, performing rootcause analyses, developing business cases, and gathering information
-
Takingfull responsibility for tasks including consistent self-review of work toidentify and improve an approach for producing high quality work products,while working under supervision
-
Growinglasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, andconsistently delivering quality client services
-
Monitoringprogress, managing risks and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed aboutprogress and expected outcomes
-
Developingspecific technology skills relevant to engagement and project work

Continuouslyupdating your understanding of current business and industry trends
To qualify for the role you must have:
-
Abachelorâs degree in a relevant technology discipline, i.e. Computer Science,Computer or other technology-related Engineering, Information Systems,Information Technology, Statistics, Math, MIS

Desireto work in consulting demonstrated by relevant course work, interest orinternship experience

Willingnessand ability to learn and work independently with minimal supervision

Demonstratedproject management, teaming, organizational, analytical and problem-solvingskills

Excellentinterpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
-
Effectiveorganization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressureand adhere to project deadlines

Integritywithin a professional environment

Theflexibility and willingness to travel as well as work in excess of standardhours when necessary

Theunderstanding that when it is safe to do so, travel is an essential function ofthe job, may vary by location and can be up to 80%

Proficiencywith MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

Adriverâs license valid in the U.S.

Candidatesinterested in the Government & Public Sector industry focus must have soleU.S. citizenship and be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance orhigher, within the designated timeframe, which will be determined by theengagement requirements for a security clearance
In addition to the above qualifications we are seeking
candidates with an aptitude, interest, and/or experience in any of the
following:

Developmentskills such as Java, Javascript, .Net, Python, C, C , PHP, IoT development, orweb development

Analyticsfocused tools and platforms including, but not limited to, SQL, R, Tableau, PowerBI, and Spotfire

Businessprocess design, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as SAP orOracle, or integration tools
