EY Emerging Leaders Program
Emerging Leader\’s Program is a 2 day externship program sponsored and conducted by Ernst & Young for sophomores in a 4 year program or juniors in a 5 year program who have recieved an offer to do internship in the firm the following Summer. I attended the ELP in Philadelphia area during May 29th & May 30th, 2019 in Marriot, Philadelphia. The program consisted of case competitions, case studies for the corresponding service lines (mine is Risk Advisory), Speaker series etc. and a social dinner in the Reading Terminal Market. I learned to bring my knowledge from MIS classes to the case study tables for Risk Advisory by suggesting data storage, risk assessment and security methods for the case we analyzed.
