This summer, I have an opportunity to work at goPuff, an on-demand convenience delivery service.
My title is Territory Growth Analyst Intern, working under the Director of Territory Growth department. Our team coordinates new market launch campaigns from finding the properties to the first week of launch as well as oversees growth progress at existing locations.
My responsibility includes:
Utilized JavaScript, Google API, and Tableau to analyze millions of rows of data for existing delivery zones evaluation and potential market identification, increasing the numbers of orders in select cities by up to 20%.- Established metrics and KPIs to assess the performance of participating departments in new market launches, increasing the efficiency of monitoring and evaluation by 40%.
- Assisted Project Manager in maintaining project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS) with MS Project, meeting summaries and status reports to ensure effective, ongoing communications across all team members for more than 10 Agile development projects.
