Our objective was to create account management tools for members. We utilized Just in Mind to build a prototype that we used to simulate the functionality of how our solution would look and behave.
As a group we elicit requirements, created a scope document, made use cases, interviewed the employees who worked for Be Heard Philly and we created personas. This hands on experience was one of the most valuable lessons. Our team collaborated to find solutions that would fit the needs of our client.
