Director of Web Development

November 2012 – May 2013

In the majority of my freshman year, I was the Director of Web Development for the International Business Association. As an officer of the IBA, I was required to attend a weekly officer meeting and a weekly general assembly meeting where business casual dress was usually required. In addition I maintained two office hours a week. My responsibilities as the Director of Web Development included updating the IBA’s website with events, pictures, information about upcoming meetings and, other information regarding the IBA. In addition, I decided to update the CSS and PHP of the website to make it more aesthetically pleasing and easier to use. As an officer of the IBA, I performed community service activities including: cooking breakfast at the Ronald McDonald House, fundraising for Afrcare and Pulsera, and attending the Relay for Life.
