Walmart

In the summer of 2014 I interned in the Technology Innovations Lab in the Information Systems Division of Walmart Corporate in Bentonville, AR. My primary project was a full-stack web development project; I created a web application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, JSON, Jersey RESTful services, Java, and SQL. I also project managed an experimentation proof of concept, showcased technologies in the innovations lab to over 500 officers and employees, organized Intern Hack Days, and participated in intern events, such as the diversity event. Not only did I learn a lot about programming, and project management, I also learned how to be productive in an extremely large corporation.
