How to Slash Anxiety and Keep Positivity Flowing
The greatest takeaway from this course for me was learning more about habits; both in building healthy habits and breaking bad ones. It stuck with me most how even worrying or being anxious about something could be out of habit, and a strategy to overcome negative habits is to refocus on positive and happy moments of one’s life. By physically reminding yourself with positive memories, such as with a bulletin board, you are essentially rewiring your habits to rethink moments of intense emotion.
