  5. I learned that digital transformation is essentially the element of the customer’s experience that you want to change or improve. The key to digital transformation is changing the way a business interacts with its customers and how they can provide its customers with a consistent and positive experience.
  6. This chat highlights the importance of how digital transformation is driving customer experience is vice versa. My minor is marketing, so the core focus is to put the customer’s needs first. This technological change is being driven by the customer. Companies that do transform digitally are really just creating highly engaged customers. These customers are more likely to try a new product/service, more likely to recommend your brand to their families/friends, and more likely to purchase your companies’ product or service.
