Earn PRO points by completing a certification related to your major. The certificate will be reviewed by the department to determine whether it is eligible for points. It cannot be part of your coursework or offered as extra credit in your classes. Your description should be your personal reflection on what you learned and how you can use this in your coursework and future career. Do NOT copy and paste or rewrite the description from the certificate page. It will be rejected. The point amount will be determined by the department. The range is 5-100.
MIS related certificates not eligible (this is not the entire list):
- AWS Academy Cloud Foundations
- Google Analytics (MIS 2901)
To request PRO points for the certificate you will need:
- Title of the certificate
- Term in which the certificate was completed
- Supporting documentation should be the certificate of completion (downloaded from certificate site or a link to Credly)
