Communicating with Confidence
I did part of this linkedin learning course in April as way to prepare for my proposal presentation in my business communications class. This course helped improve my speaking skills in the class but the information is also useful for improving professional skills for future internships and jobs. Some of the important things I learned was proper breathing during presentation to stay relaxed, how to slow down and make pauses for emphasis, how to be more expressive, and how to sound confident. It also talks about the importance of eye contact, using hands, and facial expressions.
