Writing a Tech Resume
I finished the LinkedIn Learning course, “Writing a Tech Resume” instructed by Emma Bostian, which provided straightforward techniques for creating a technology resume that would stand out. Sponsored by LinkedIn, this course directed my attention on how to organize resume content and length to attract hiring managers, how even design details (font, spacing, and layout) are important, and how to build a professional online presence (LinkedIn/GitHub). This learning experience has led to deeper thinking about how I communicate what I do and my technical skillset to recruiters and prospective employers in a clear, professional manner.
