Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project
I successfully completed the Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project LinkedIn Learning course, created by Bonnie Biafore. This course taught me how to use Microsoft Project to manage agile and hybrid projects. It covered setting up and managing agile projects and backlogs, along with creating custom fields unique to the agile project management methodology like features and sprints. It also showed how to manage traditionally scheduled tasks and agile work side by side, track progress, determine team’s velocity, and generate reports such as: burndown, task, sprint, and velocity reports. Ultimately, the course helped develop my professional skills and gave me the confidence to use Microsoft Project as an agile project management tool, commonly used by professional project managers.
