I attended the IT Webinar “The Optimization of Influencer Marketing & Beyond”, which was hosted by the MIS Department. I learned an overview of what influencer marketing is, how to achieve maximum benefit from this type of marketing, and where influencers are achieving the most success. I learned the basics of influencer marketing, which include upholding authenticity, staying true to your brand, and engaging with your audience. This webinar was useful for my future career goals, as I am in the stage of positioning myself to potential employers. I can use these tips to craft my own online brand, which will help future employers understand who I am and what I am looking for.
