MediaTech Intern
The summer of 2020, I completed a 9-week internship with NBCUniversal. I maintained NBCUniversal’s distribution functions on a team of 10 to ensure end users acquired licensed media for a certain cost, time, language and specific provisions. I programmed features using Modo Labs for NiB1L, an in-house NBCU application, on a team of 7 to help new staff adjust NBCU’s culture and workforce. I ensured defectless use of Language Asset Profile programs for NBCU’s business teams by testing the LAP application and prototyping using Axure . I collaborated with a team of 3 to “Lift & Shift” NBCU’s technological operations using Amazon Web Services, achieving further customizability and efficiency using off-premises cloud technology. This was very interesting because I got to work with AWS, one of my top interest since taking MIS 3406.
