Information Technology Assistant
My primary role in this position is to provide support to the professor through reviewing material, managing classwork, and grading assignments against class rubrics. I also produce educational videos to enhance student knowledge on coursework, hold a virtual coding helpdesk for an hour everyday, and assist students with questions and concerns via weekly office hours. This position has helped enhance my understanding of the course content of MIS2101, and has also enhanced my skills in using CRMs, Google Analytics, and basic JavaScript coding.
